Shortly after launching these collections, we opened up the Async Blueprints builder for all artists to use

​Our CMO was on sabbatical, so I took lead on the go-to-market campaign management, and articulating key messaging and communication.

We identified a high risk of botting during the public sales, so pivoted to running raffles to ensure real people were able to acquire these NFTs. The artists' communities responded positively to this decision.

This launch was all hands on deck. Sudden pivots meant I had to quickly craft communications updates, prune raffle lists with 18,000+ entries, and monitor community feedback on X (Twitter).
